GEOMETRA ANTONIO DAVERSA

Anno 1964, diplomato presso l’istituto tecnico per geometri nel ———————, iscritto al Collegio dei Geometri di Lecce dal —— al numero 2484.
Durante la sua carriera ha lavorato su una varietà di progetti di diversa entità, portandolo in questi 40 anni ad acquisire molta esperienza nel settore. Ha una grande competenza come coordinatore e direttore dei lavori all’interno dei cantieri, monitorando con precisione l’avanzamento delle opere. La sua presenza sul campo è costante con un’attenzione particolare ai dettagli e alle esigenze di ogni utente. Si distingue per la capacità di interagire con i clienti, ascoltando le loro necessità e fornendo soluzioni tecniche personalizzate.

ARCHITETTO FRANCESCA DAVERSA

Anno 1995, laureata presso l’Università degli Studi – Gabriele d’Annunzio di Pescara nel 2021, iscritta all’Ordine degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori di Lecce, dal 2022, al numero 2154.

Architetto con una profonda passione per il progetto e per tutto ciò che ruota attorno all’architettura. Ama lavorare in squadra, confrontarsi con colleghi e collaboratori, e crede fermamente che il dialogo e la condivisione siano il cuore di ogni progetto di successo. Si aggiorna costantemente sulle novità del settore, dai materiali alle tecniche costruttive, per offrire ai clienti soluzioni innovative e su misura. Ascolta con attenzione desideri e bisogni del cliente, accompagnandolo in ogni fase partendo dalla realizzazione di un immobile fino alla scelta di ogni dettaglio, sia interno che esterno, per dare forma a spazi unici e autentici.

DESIGNER DILETTA DAVERSA

Anno 1999, Laurea triennale in Design Industriale, presso “Univesità degli studi “Gabriele DʼAnnunzio” di Pescara nel 2021 e Master in Interior Design, presso “Elisava Facultad de Diseño e Ingeniería”, Barcellona nel 2023.
Persona attenta alle ultime tendenze, predilige nuovi materiali sostenibili che rispettano l’ambiente. Interessata a creare l’atmosfera migliore per ogni spazio attraverso stile, materiali, forme, luci e aiutare ogni cliente a garantire il corretto utilizzo di questi. La sua attenzione all’aggiornamento continuo, alla sostenibilità e alla cura per il cliente la rende una figura pronta a dare nuove prospettive e interpretazioni al design degli spazi.
Inoltre, tende a sperimentare con nuove tecnologie come i software di rendering 3D, che gli consentono di visualizzare in modo innovativo le sue idee.

ARCHITETTO LORIS PALESE

Anno 1992, laureato presso il Politecnico di Torino nel 2020, iscritta all’Ordine degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori di Lecce, dal 2021, al numero 2110.
Architetto giovane e appassionato, con quasi 5 anni di esperienza nella progettazione, direzione lavori e gestione dei cantieri. Dopo il diploma all’Istituto Tecnico per Geometri, si è laureato in Architettura con una specializzazione nel progetto sostenibile, portando avanti un approccio attento all’ambiente e al contesto in cui opera.
Si occupa di nuove costruzioni e ristrutturazioni, offrendo soluzioni precise, affidabili e trasparenti. Crede nei valori dell’umiltà e della sincerità, fondamentali per costruire relazioni solide con i clienti.
La sua tesi di laurea sulle torri costiere del Salento è stata pubblicata, riflettendo il suo interesse per il patrimonio architettonico e la sua valorizzazione. Il suo obiettivo è contribuire, attraverso ogni progetto, a un’architettura sempre più sostenibile.

ARCHITETTO LORIS PALESE

Year 1992, graduated from Turin Polytechnic in 2020, enrolled in the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscapers and Conservators of Lecce, since 2021, at number 2110.
A young and passionate architect, with almost 5 years of experience in design, work supervision and site management. After graduating from the Technical Institute for Surveyors, he graduated in Architecture with a specialisation in sustainable design, pursuing a careful approach to the environment and the context in which he works.
He works on new constructions and renovations, offering precise, reliable and transparent solutions. He believes in the values of humility and sincerity, fundamental for building solid relationships with clients.
His dissertation on the coastal towers of Salento has been published, reflecting his interest in architectural heritage and its valorisation. His goal is to contribute, through each project, to an increasingly sustainable architecture.

DESIGNER DILETTA DAVERSA

Year 1999, Bachelorʼs Degree in Industrial Design, at ‘Univesità degli studi ’Gabriele DʼAnnunzio‘, Pescara in 2021 and Masterʼs Degree in Interior Design, at ’Elisava Facultad de Diseño e Ingeniería”, Barcelona in 2023.
Attentive to the latest trends, she prefers new sustainable materials that respect the environment. Interested in creating the best atmosphere for each space through style, materials, shapes, lighting and helping each client to ensure the correct use of these. Her focus on continuous updating, sustainability and customer care makes her a figure ready to give new perspectives and interpretations to space design.
He also tends to experiment with new technologies such as 3D rendering software, which allow him to visualise his ideas in innovative ways.
