The Site does not offer the possibility of registration. Therefore, the Data Controller does not process your personal data for this purpose.

Purchases on the Site

The Data Controller allows the use of web scraping techniques, provided that such activities are carried out in compliance with the following terms and conditions: (i) Legal and Ethical Access. Art. 1 Method of processing

1.1 The processing of your personal data will be mainly carried out with the help of electronic or automated means, according to the methods and with the tools suitable to ensure their security and confidentiality.

1.2 The information acquired and the methods of treatment will be relevant and not excessive in relation to the type of services rendered. Your data will also be managed and protected in secure computer environments appropriate to the circumstances.

1.3 Through the Site are not processed “special data”. 4.1 The Data Controller is located in a country that has an adequate level of security from a regulatory standpoint. If the transfer of your personal data takes place to a non-EU country and for which the European Commission has expressed a judgment of adequacy, the transfer is deemed safe from a regulatory standpoint in any case. This article 4.1 indicates from time to time the countries where your personal data may possibly be transferred and where the European Commission has expressed a judgment of adequacy.

 

4.2 Without prejudice to what is stated in article 4.1, your data may also be transferred to countries outside the EU for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy opinion. After graduating from the Technical Institute for Surveyors, he graduated in Architecture with a specialisation in sustainable design, pursuing a careful approach to the environment and the context in which he works.
He works on new constructions and renovations, offering precise, reliable and transparent solutions. He believes in the values of humility and sincerity, fundamental for building solid relationships with clients.
His dissertation on the coastal towers of Salento has been published, reflecting his interest in architectural heritage and its valorisation. His goal is to contribute, through each project, to an increasingly sustainable architecture.

DESIGNER DILETTA DAVERSA

Year 1999, Bachelorʼs Degree in Industrial Design, at ‘Univesità degli studi ’Gabriele DʼAnnunzio‘, Pescara in 2021 and Masterʼs Degree in Interior Design, at ’Elisava Facultad de Diseño e Ingeniería”, Barcelona in 2023.
Attentive to the latest trends, she prefers new sustainable materials that respect the environment. Interested in creating the best atmosphere for each space through style, materials, shapes, lighting and helping each client to ensure the correct use of these. Her focus on continuous updating, sustainability and customer care makes her a figure ready to give new perspectives and interpretations to space design.
He also tends to experiment with new technologies such as 3D rendering software, which allow him to visualise his ideas in innovative ways.

ARCHITETTO FRANCESCA DAVERSA

Year 1995, graduated from the University – Gabriele d’Annunzio of Pescara in 2021, enrolled in the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscapers and Conservators of Lecce, since 2022, at number 2154.

Architect with a deep passion for design and everything that revolves around architecture. He loves working in a team, dealing with colleagues and collaborators, and firmly believes that dialogue and sharing are at the heart of any successful project. He constantly keeps abreast of the latest developments in the industry, from materials to construction techniques, in order to offer clients innovative and tailor-made solutions. He listens attentively to the client’s desires and needs, accompanying him at every stage from the realisation of a property to the choice of every detail, both interior and exterior, to give shape to unique and authentic spaces.

GEOMETRA ANTONIO DAVERSA

Year 1964, graduated from the technical institute for surveyors in ———————, enrolled in the College of Surveyors of Lecce since —— under number 2484.
During his career, he has worked on a variety of projects of different sizes, leading him to acquire a great deal of experience in the sector over these 40 years. He has great expertise as a coordinator and director of works within construction sites, accurately monitoring the progress of works. His presence in the field is constant with special attention to detail and the needs of each user. He stands out for his ability to interact with clients, listening to their needs and providing customised technical solutions.
